Smalling: Big Four Mandatory for MU

Manchester - Manchester United defender Chris Smalling mention that the big four is a realistic target. Not just realistic, Champions League called Smalling be a minimum target to be met.

Although still appear inconsistent, MU began to get into the top four. Victory at home to Arsenal in the Premier League last weekend brought the 'Red Devils' entry into the Champions League with 19 points from 12 matches.

Asked if the big four is a realistic target, Smalling unhesitatingly answer. The 25-year-old defender assess MU already had a composition that fits to compete at the top.

"It is always so (the target) at least for this club," said Smalling told Sky Sports.

"Given the manager and the players we have, we should have played better, with more points."

In the next two weeks, Manchester United will play a home match against Hull City and Stoke City. Armed with a victory over Arsenal, who is a first away win in the season ini--, Manchester United hope to continue the momentum that has been obtained it.

"But now we have a good capital with an away win and now we can get back to Old Trafford and continue it," said Smalling.

"We showed character, we did not play so well and we will watch the video to see what we could do to be better."

"We have two home games to come and we need six points, then we can see where we are in the league," he said.
